Hitachi Solutions, Ltd., a leading global supplier of IT software and solutions with global revenues of $3.5 billion, today announced a change within Hitachi's global IT organization and its global MicrosoftR Dynamics business. Effective as of April 1, 2012, Hitachi's Microsoft Dynamics sales, consulting, technical and delivery resources in the Americas and Europe will be consolidated under Hitachi Solutions.
Previously, the Microsoft Dynamics business in the Americas and European markets operated under Hitachi Consulting Corporation, Hitachi's global business and IT consulting arm. With this realignment, those Microsoft Dynamics Practices will be transitioning to Hitachi Solutions. Hitachi Solutions already has significant IT solutions capability in Asia and Japan.
